This Privacy Policy explains how Julie Krog, doing business as UGC Real ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you register for our free Webinar, purchase the VIP Pass, enroll in UGC Real, or otherwise interact with our website, landing pages, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

We may collect the following types of personal information when you interact with our Services: contact information (first name, last name, email address, and phone number); payment information (billing details processed through our third-party payment processor, PayPal — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves); communication preferences (whether you've opted in to SMS, email marketing, or both); and usage information (how you interact with our landing pages, emails, and webinar registration).

We collect information directly from you when you register for the free Webinar, purchase the VIP Pass, enroll in UGC Real, fill out a form on our landing pages, opt in to email or SMS communications, or communicate with us directly. We may also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to register you for the Webinar and send you the live session link; process your VIP Pass purchase and deliver your bonuses; enroll you in UGC Real and manage your access to program materials and the private community; send confirmation, reminder, and (if opted in) SMS communications about the Webinar; send promotional emails and, if separately opted in, promotional SMS about our offers; respond to your questions; and improve our Services based on how they're used.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processors (PayPal), email and SMS platforms (systeme.io and its SMS provider), and webinar/video hosting (Zoom). These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their function and may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose your information if required by law.

Our landing pages may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your registration status, measure performance, and improve your experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
