Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," "your") and UGC Real & Julie Krog ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"), governing your registration for and participation in any of the following, collectively referred to as the "Program(s)":

• The free live UGC training webinar ("Webinar")

• The VIP Pass upgrade ($37 one-time purchase, "VIP Pass")

• UGC Reel, our self-paced coaching and training program ("UGC Reel")

By registering for the Webinar, purchasing the VIP Pass, and/or enrolling in UGC Real, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Program Description

Webinar: A free, live training session covering UGC fundamentals, income potential, and strategy for building a UGC business.

Webinar Upgrade VIP Pass: A one-time $37 upgrade available at registration.

UGC Real: UGC Real is a self-paced coaching and training program designed to help participants create content and build income through User Generated Content (UGC). The program includes access to prerecorded educational content, weekly live Q&A and group coaching sessions, guest speaker sessions and workshops, downloadable resources and materials, and access to a private online community.

While the overall structure of each Program remains consistent, UGC Real reserves the right to update, modify, or improve Program content and materials at any time in order to continue providing the best possible experience for Participants.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Webinar, purchase the VIP Pass, or enroll in UGC Real. The Programs are open to participants regardless of prior experience or background.

3. Payment Terms

The Webinar is offered free of charge. The webinar VIP upgraded Pass is a one-time payment of $37, processed through PayPal at the time of purchase. UGC Real VIP program prices may vary. All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

due to the digital nature of these programs/ courses, we offer a twenty four (24) hour refund from the time of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program during this period you may request a 75% refund. To initiate a refund, you must contact our support team at juliekdoesugc@gmail.com within twenty four hours from you time of purchase. Refunds requested after twenty four hours will not be honoured, regardless of program usage, activity, or engagement level. If you do not follow the the refund policy guidelines and contact your financial institution directly requesting a refund or report as fraud, you are responsible for all fees we incur as a result.

5. Program Access & Duration

VIP Pass materials are available to Participants for 12 months from fate of purchase. UGC Real access is available for 12 month from the date of enrollment, subject to the Company's right to modify or discontinue specific materials as described in Section 1.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided through the Webinar, VIP Pass, and UGC Real — including but not limited to videos, slides, guides, templates, recordings, and community content — are the exclusive property of Julie Krog & UGC Real and are protected by copyright law. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without express written permission.

7. Community Standards & Code of Conduct

Participants in UGC Real's private community (and VIP Pass holders with any group access) agree to engage respectfully with other members and staff. UGC Real reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces for harassment, abusive behaviour, spamming, unauthorized solicitation, self promotion, or redistribution of proprietary materials, without refund.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income or earnings statements made in connection with the Webinar, VIP Pass, or UGC Real — including statements about the Company's own results or those of past participants — are aspirational and not guarantees or promises of your individual results. Your results will depend on numerous factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and circumstances beyond the Company's control. Testimonials and specific income figures referenced in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

9. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials, student wins, and results shared by Julie Krog & UGC Real reflect the real, individual experiences of the participants featured, obtained with their permission. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results you will personally achieve.

10. Third-Party References & Non-Endorsement

Any brands, companies, or platforms mentioned in connection with student results, testimonials, or Program materials have not reviewed, sponsored, or endorsed the Webinar, VIP Pass, or UGC Real unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGC Real shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Webinar, VIP Pass, or UGC Real, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunities, or data.

12. Personal Responsibility & Accountability

You acknowledge that your participation in any Program is voluntary, and that all business decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your participation are your own responsibility.

13. Termination of Access

UGC Real reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant's access to any Program, without refund, for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution of materials, abusive conduct, or fraudulent payment activity.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through court of proper jurisdiction located in British Columbia, Canada.

15. SMS Communications Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Julie Krog & UGC Real related to the Webinar, VIP Pass, and/or UGC Real, including reminders, updates, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of registering for the Webinar or purchasing any Program.

16. Updates to These Terms

Julie Krog & UGC Real reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in any Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
